We're looking for a Roofing Service Technician / Small Projects Manager who can confidently handle service repairs, manage smaller roofing projects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair residential roofing issues
Manage service jobs and small roofing projects from start to finish
Coordinate materials, crews, and schedules
Inspect roofs and recommend solutions for customers
Communicate with homeowners and ensure a five-star experience
Document work with photos and notes
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
Roofing experience required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
