ROOFING SITE SUPERVISOR

Position Title:
Roofing Site Supervisor
As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the roofing installation process for Kingdom Roofing. You will work closely with our installation partners, the customer, and our Construction Superintendent to ensure a quality remodel. Candidates with excellent communication, documentation skills, and prior hands-on experience will be successful in this vital role.

Position Type:
Full-Time, Work is in-person
Description of Duties:
- Proper delivery of projects - overseeing and documenting each remodel through software, ensuring quality standards while meeting manufacturer guidelines
- Customer service and relationship building - during an installation, you are greeting the property owner, keeping them updated on the progress, and sharing any issues that may be discovered during a remodel
- Quality control and safety - ensure all projects are being performed safely to OSHA standards and actively inspect work as it progresses through the day to limit call-back work as much as possible
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12-18 months of hands-on experience in residential roofing
- Knowledge of various roof systems, materials, and construction processes
- Valid driver's license and smartphone required
- Able to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards
- Build and develop productive working relationships with colleagues
- Organization and attention to detail on paperwork
- Proficient with technology and able to learn new software
- Honesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Total Comp - $59,000-$74,000
Bonus Opportunity - $4,000
Base Pay - $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and proven track record, with benefits including:

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
