As a WxTite Superintendent you will be able to:

  • Lead site safety, quality control, and security measures to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling, permitting, material procurement, subcontractor agreements, and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job sire and field office environment in alignment with company standards.
  • Identify and proactively resolve on-site issues and adapt to changing field conditions.
  • Support customer relations through clear, professional communication and follow-up.

Our ideal WxTite Superintendent will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Roofing
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in using management software to track job progress, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports.
  • OSHA-30 Certificate
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to travel for work, including overnight stays.
