StudioRes by Marriott Mesa is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Marriott brand standards and hotel procedures.
Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas.
Replenish guest amenities, towels, linens, and supplies.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly.
Ensure guest rooms, hallways, and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
Follow all safety, security, and infection-control procedures.
Work efficiently and independently while maintaining quality standards.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests and team members.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout an entire shift.
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent guest service.
Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
