ROOM ATTENDANT at River Terrace Inn located in the heart of the Napa Valley

DESCRIPTION

As a Room Attendant you will have the opportunity to make the hotel shine! Our Room Attendants are the backbone of the hotel and work diligently to maintain the cleanliness of our guest rooms. The Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a crucial role that has the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime for our guests! Housekeeping Room Attendants report to the House Keeping Assistant Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred. Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to use discretion and confidentiality. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and communicate with guests. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high performance standards. Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Able to work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. Must maintain a clean and professional appearance. Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight, Passion to serve with purpose. Other tasks as assigned.

The Company match is currently 50 cents per dollar of employee contribution up to 6% and is subject to change. The match is effective on the first of the quarter following one year of employment.
