Room Attendant — Urgently hiring in Bend!Job Title: Room AttendantPay: $18 - $19 per hourHours: Daytime shifts, weekends requiredStart Date: ASAPRoom Attendant in Bend, OR, and help create memorable guest experiences every day.As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and hotel areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will make a lasting impression on our guests and contribute to a positive hotel environment.What You'll Do As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for:
  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms daily, including beds, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal*
  • Replacing linens, making beds, and restocking room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities*
  • Sanitizing high-touch points like door handles, remotes, switches, phones, and counter tops*
  • Organizing and replenishing housekeeping carts, ensuring proper chemical and supply usage*
  • Following lost-and-found procedures, respecting guest privacy, and protecting property*
  • Cleaning assigned public areas like hallways, stairwells, lobby restrooms, and laundry areas as needed*
  • Adhering to safety and infection-control procedures, including proper chemical handling and PPE usage
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred*
  • The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet room standards*
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness*
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality*
  • Good communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members*
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and twist*
  • Capacity to push/pull housekeeping carts and lift up to 25–35 lbs*
  • Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and wearing PPE as needed
