Inc. is hiring a Carpenter to join our Rough Carpentry Division. What You’ll Be Doing

Perform commercial framing carpentry tasks with accuracy and craftsmanship.
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Support the crew in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient job site.
Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Travel to job sites across Wisconsin and occasionally out of state.

What You’ll Need

Proven experience in commercial framing carpentry is highly preferred but we are willing to train highly motivated individuals.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Willingness to travel regularly within Wisconsin and occasionally out of state.
Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs consistently.
A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
