What You'll Do

Every day is different as you travel throughout your assigned territory serving restaurants and commercial kitchens.

Your responsibilities include:

• Service an established customer route
• Deliver and replenish cleaning and sanitation products
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services when appropriate
• Operate a company vehicle throughout the workday

This position is designed as a stepping stone into our Service & Sales Representative role.

Many employees are promoted from this position after developing their route management and customer relationship skills. First-year Service & Sales Representatives typically earn $75,000-$85,000+, with additional growth opportunities available through performance.

• Has a valid driver's license (minimum 3 years)
• Can participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately one weekday each month and one weekend every 5-6 weeks)
