Route Sales Representative

What You'll Do

Manage your assigned route to ensure efficient product ordering, delivery, merchandising, and inventory management.
Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and responding to their business needs.
Execute promotions, seasonal displays, and holiday merchandising plans to maximize sales and product visibility.
Deliver products accurately and on time while meeting customer expectations and contract requirements.
Identify opportunities to introduce new products, expand shelf space, and increase sales within existing accounts.
Merchandise products to create attractive, fully stocked displays that drive customer purchases.
Represent Chicago Baking Company with professionalism while serving as a trusted partner to your customers.
Monitor route performance and take proactive steps to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
