Job Description
- $55,000 Base Salary
- Commission+ Route Override + Bonuses
- Typical First-Year Earnings: $70,000–$90,000+
- Company Vehicle provided with the option to park at home!
- Predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule

- $55K base salary to start

- Deliver Fikes products and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate service records
- Build trusted relationships and identify opportunities to expand services
- Represent Fikes with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
- Continuously learn and adapt as our product offerings grow
- A positive, professional attitude with strong follow-through
- Self-motivation and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
