Position Overview
Manages routing, load assignments, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Fargo candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operations and assist in workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and track freight loads
Maintain detailed operational records and dispatch logs
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure workflow accuracy
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Fargo candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
