Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track freight routing across all assigned loads
Ensure accurate and timely updates in dispatch and tracking systems
Communicate status, delays, and operational updates to internal teams and drivers
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all shipments and freight movements
Support the assignment and coordination of loads, ensuring timely delivery
Identify scheduling conflicts or potential bottlenecks and escalate appropriately
Collaborate with Oregon-based operations to improve workflow efficiency and operational consistency
Support process improvements and implement best practices for freight tracking
Qualifications
Strong communication skills for both internal teams and external stakeholders
Computer proficiency including logistics or dispatch systems
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedural guidelines
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Work Environment
