Join Our Team as an RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics ProfessionalAre you passionate about providing exceptional respiratory and neuro diagnostic care to critically ill neonates in the NICU? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics to join our dynamic team. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable patients' lives while advancing your professional career in a supportive environment.What Youll Need to Succeed:

Valid RRT and/or CRT credentials
At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in NICU settings
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record systems
Current BLS, CRT, RRT, and Louisiana State License certifications
Strong knowledge of respiratory and neuro diagnostic procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Additional Skills That Are a Bonus:

ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
Past experience working with neonatal populations
Familiarity with additional clinical protocols and technologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

Associates or bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related health field
NICU-specific experience is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

Night shift availability on a 4x12-hour schedule (18:30 06:30)
Ability and willingness to work every other weekend and holidays
Must hold current licensure and certifications as specified
Willingness to travel or relocate if required, with reimbursement outlined where applicable
