Join Our Team as an RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics and Make a Vital Impact in Patient Care!Are you a dedicated Respiratory Therapist ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic hospital environment? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RRT to provide essential respiratory and neuro diagnostic services in a fast-paced, adult ICU setting. Valid IN Respiratory Therapist License in hand
BLS and ACLS certifications
NBRC RRT credential
Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult ICU settings
Proficiency in airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, ABGs, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer therapy, BiPAP, and CPAP
Experience working with adult ICU patients with respiratory needs

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with trauma, teaching hospitals, or emergency room settings
Skills in bronchoscopes
Familiarity with Cerner documentation systems
Experience operating Hamilton G5 and Philips V60 equipment

Preferred Education and Experience:

In-person, accredited education through CoARC and CHEA
Prior experience in trauma, ER, or teaching hospital environments appreciated

Other Requirements:

Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts from 17:30 to 06:00)
Willingness to work 3 to 4 shifts per week, adhering to hospital policies limiting consecutive working days
COVID and Flu vaccines required
Willingness to provide documentation and meet licensure and certification standards
Travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable
