Job Description

Join Our Team as a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for critical care? We are seeking a qualified RRT specializing in Respiratory and Neuro Diagnostics to join our dynamic team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Be part of a team that values expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care.What You Bring:
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ICU and Emergency Department settings
  • NICU experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
  • Valid LA state license in hand
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and RRT credential
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities
  • Able to accept first-time travelers and adapt quickly to new environments
Additional Skills that are a Plus:
  • Experience in neuro diagnostics procedures
  • Advanced certifications in respiratory therapy or neuro diagnostics
  • Familiarity with advanced ventilator management
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related healthcare field
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in ICU/ED settings
  • Prior experience working with Epic EMR and neuro diagnostic equipment
Other Requirements:
  • Weekend shift requirement: Every other weekend
  • Shift hours: Night 3x12-Hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00)
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Travel-friendly with acceptance of first-time travelers
