• Provide advanced respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostic support in ICU and ED settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, documentation, and safety standards.
• Manage patient assessments, ventilator management, and diagnostic procedures during night shifts.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.
• Proven ICU and Emergency Department experience.
• NICU experience preferred.
• Epic electronic medical record system experience.
• Valid Louisiana License (must be in hand).
• Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT.
• Ability to accept first-time travelers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (3×12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional neurodiagnostic experience.
• Advanced certifications or specialized training.
• Experience in high-acuity environments.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work every other weekend.
• Travel readiness, with receptivity to first-time travel assignments.
• Willingness to comply with all applicable hospital policies and safety standards.
• No on-call requirements.
