Job Title: Carpet & Rug Cleaning Technician
About the Role:We are partnering with a high-end interior design and staging firm to hire a Carpet & Rug Cleaning Technician. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining carpets, rugs, and upholstered pieces in well-maintained residential environments. The right person will have strong attention to detail and experience working with a variety of materials, including delicate or high-value items.
Key Responsibilities:• Perform carpet shampooing and deep cleaning using steam or hot water extraction methods• Clean and maintain area rugs, including handling of delicate or high-end materials• Provide upholstery cleaning as needed• Inspect materials prior to cleaning and use appropriate methods to prevent damage• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage of products• Follow all safety and care guidelines while working in residential settings
