- Pay: $90,000 to $140,000+ per year, depending on experience, schedule, and performance. Top performers who keep their schedule full can realistically earn $150,000 plus per year.
- Full time, year round work with overtime and on call rotation shared across the team.

- Run residential and light commercial service calls, primarily straight cool systems, with some heat pumps and gas equipment if that fits your mix.
- Diagnose comfort, air quality, mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues and present clear options to customers.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and start ups according to company standards and local codes.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Use company software and basic forms to document work, notes, photos, and recommendations.
- Collect payment or payment information on site when work is completed.
- Recommend maintenance plans, IAQ, accessories, and replacement when appropriate and in the customer’s best interest.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional appearance.
- Strong residential HVAC service experience, for example two or more years running calls independently.
- Solid diagnostic skills with straight cool systems; light commercial experience is a plus.
- EPA certification required; additional certifications such as NATE are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Able to work in attics, outdoors, crawlspaces, and other field conditions common in HVAC service.
- Able to lift 60 pounds and handle physically demanding work.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to talk with homeowners and small business owners comfortably.
- Positive, can do attitude and pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Mostly residential work with some light commercial, so your day is predictable and built around the systems you know best.
- Strong earning potential when you combine base pay with overtime, spiffs, and add on sales.
- Clear expectations and support from leadership that understands what it is like to be on the truck.
- Opportunity to grow into senior technician, field trainer, or lead roles as the company continues to grow.
