Ruoff Music Center Parking Staff

Job Summary:

The Role:

Directing, cashiering, and scanning thousands of guest vehicles during ingress and assisting guests during egress so that the flow of traffic is as efficient and fun as possible at every show.

Job Functions:

• Safely direct the fans to park in the appropriate space in the designated lot

• Collect parking fee and scan guest parking tickets upon venue entry

• Answer questions the guests might have upon venue entry

• Some positions include the set up and tear down of the barricades, cones and parking signs

• Help in cleaning the lots before break and after the cars have exited

• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently on assigned tasks

• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills as this department is the first to welcome our guests to the venue

• Position requires physical activity such as walking, standing, climbing stairs and lifting and carrying 30 lbs+ in an outdoor rain or shine event.
