Qualifications
- High School graduate or above with 1-3 years of administrative experience in data entry within industrial settings would be preferred
- DOT, OSHA and NFPA experience
- Administrative experience with effective verbal and written communications skills are required for this position (Bilingual English/Spanish) required
- Maintains confidentiality related to environmental and safety issues
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience in an office setting
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience and dealing with EHS
- Experience in construction safety
Certifications
- 1. OSHA 30-Hour Training: This is the baseline. It demonstrates a solid understanding of OSHA standards
- 2. First Aid/CPR/AED Certification: Essential for any safety role, this certification proves you can respond effectively in emergency situations.
