Safety & QA Facilitator - JC Pallet

JC Pallet is seeking a motivated and results-driven Safety & QA Facilitator to promote and maintain a safe working environment. The main role is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting training, and helping reduce workplace risks. The other part of the role is to ensure good quality products are being delivered to our customers.

Essential Job Duties:

• Monitor and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments
• Lead safety training sessions and employee orientations
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
• Recommend and implement improvements to safety programs
• Work with management to promote a culture of safety
• Regular quality checks of finished goods
• Other duties may be assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout manufacturing areas.
• Frequently required to use hands and arms to handle, position or operate materials, tools, and equipment
• May be required to manually handle materials up to 50 pounds and occasionally assist with heavier items using team lifts or mechanical aids, in accordance with safety guidelines

Qualification and Educational Requirements:

• Previous experience in workplace safety or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (reports, documentation, tracking)
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
