This position is responsible for assisting with tasks to ensure compliance to safety standards.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain knowledge of FMCSA regulations and guidance regarding driver qualification
  • Ensure drivers meet qualification standards at the company, state, and federal levels
  • Ensure disqualified drivers are not operating, and assist with the requalification process
  • Update driver qualification files with DOT physicals, CDLs, and other items as applicable
  • Maintain data in driver database
  • Medically clear drivers on leave to return to work
  • Coordinate scheduling of physicals, drug, and alcohol testing
  • Compliance with HIPAA
