Your Tasks
- Lead training sessions, driving exercises, and theoretical lessons on system behavior, intervention strategies, and safety protocols
- Coach and assess Safety Drivers during real-world and test track operations
- Collaborate with development, testing, and safety teams to align training with current requirements
- Document training progress, conduct feedback sessions, and continuously improve methodologies
- Support the selection and onboarding of new Safety Drivers
Your Profile
- Valid unrestricted driver's license
- Several years of driving experience and knowledge of U.S. regulations, ideally in professional or automated driving environments
- Experience in driver instruction or coaching; familiarity with Mobileye technology is a plus
- Strong technical understanding, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools, navigation systems, and training software
- Willingness to travel and occasionally work in shifts
- Consent to Motor Vehicle Record check will be required
