• Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs, procedures, and policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct jobsite safety audits, inspections, and hazard analyses for utility construction projects.
• Lead investigations on incidents, near misses, and injuries to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide classroom and field-based training on safety topics to employees and crews (small and large groups).
• Maintain all safety certifications, training records, and compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Safety certifications and/or formal safety education.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no major infractions).
• Ability to successfully pass federally mandated drug and alcohol testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
