What You’ll Do:Lead all field safety initiatives across multiple active construction projectsConduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety evaluationsEnsure OSHA compliance and enforce company safety standards and proceduresDevelop and deliver toolbox talks, onboarding, and ongoing safety trainingInvestigate incidents, near misses, and injuries while implementing corrective actionsPartner with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to proactively mitigate riskTrack and maintain safety documentation, reporting, and compliance recordsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to safety culture and field operationsAssist with preconstruction planning and project-specific safety plansPromote accountability and a proactive safety mindset across all levels of the organization
What They’re Looking For:5+ years of construction safety experienceCommercial construction experience requiredKnowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practicesOSHA 30 certification required; CHST, CSP, or similar credentials preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to build relationships with field teams and subcontractorsExperience managing safety across multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and documentation skills
