Safety Manager - Mission Critical Construction Projects

Description

• Ensure all high risk work such as electrical, MEP, and commissioning activities is performed safely and without disrupting operations.
• Lead site specific safety planning and drive daily hazard identification and mitigation.
• Enforce safety rules and procedures while monitoring crews to ensure compliance on fast paced work.
• Coordinate closely with all trades to prevent conflicts, unsafe conditions, and schedule related risks.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions to maintain a strong safety culture.

Profile

• Proven experience managing safety on complex projects involving electrical, MEP, and commissioning work.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, influence, and hold subcontractors accountable.
• Proactive mindset with a habit of identifying risks early and resolving issues before they escalate.
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, documentation, and incident response with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Availability to travel to project sites throughout Texas.
