IMMEDIATE NEED FOR CONSTRUCTION SAFETY TRAINER TO CONDUCT NEW CONTRACTOR ORIENATION IN ENGLISH AND IN SPANISH!

SAFETY/TRAINING/ORIENTATION EXPERIENCE AND OSHA 510 or HIGHER REQUIRED

MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST AND HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Candidate must possess the skills to conduct orientation in a professional manner with the skillset to create and deliver through PowerPoint.

Multiple orientations will be conducted daily

Strong Verbal and Communication Skills a MUST

Attention to detail

Ability to Adapt to diversified workforce

Construction training experience preferred

Minimum Requirements & Expectations :

2-3 Years presentation or training experience
Knowledge with Safe Execution of TOOL install process PREFERRED
Fluent in English and Spanish
Computer literate with Microsoft Office such that training programs, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations can be generated
Capable of instructing regulatory and proprietary training as typically needed on a large industrial construction site
Ability to interface with construction personnel in the field to include management
Extremely knowledgeable with Time management and problem solving skills.
