Job Description

Safety Representative | Structural Steel Construction

A rapidly growing structural steel contractor that's committed to building more than great projects—they're building one of the strongest safety cultures in the industry. If you're passionate about protecting people, coaching field teams, and making a real impact on complex commercial and industrial projects, this opportunity is worth exploring.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Structural Steel Erection Projects

  • Commercial & Industrial Construction

  • Field Safety Audits & Inspections

  • New Hire Orientation & Safety Training

  • Incident Prevention & Risk Mitigation

What They're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of construction safety experience

  • Structural steel or heavy industrial construction experience preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations

  • Ability to conduct jobsite inspections, safety meetings, and field coaching

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • OSHA 30 required (CHST or CSP is a plus)
