  • Uphold trauma-informed principles in daily interactions and safety-related activities.

  • Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and behavioral-health teams to reinforce safety expectations, support emergency response processes, and maintain an environment that promotes client dignity and organizational stability.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Level 2 license through the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department.

  • Availability for some rotations or night coverage based on business demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in safety, security, or behavioral-health settings.
  • Training or certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), trauma-informed care, or emergency preparedness.
  • Training or certification in First Aid/CPR.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing and stability, including:

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental, and Vision)
