Job Profile Summary

Bose Automotive GmbH Germany is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Sales Administration & Executive Team Assistant to provide senior-level support to:

  • Senior Director, Automotive Business Development & Transformation
  • Regional Director, Sales Europe
  • Senior Director, Global Automotive Marketing

Reporting to the Senior Director, Automotive Business Development & Transformation, this role combines strategic executive support, business coordination, and cross-functional communication. The role requires the ability to anticipate needs, proactively manage priorities, and effectively support senior leadership in decision-making processes.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, manages confidential matters with discretion, drive coordination across regions and functions, and ensures smooth and professional operations.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Sales Leadership Support

Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to three senior leaders within the Automotive Business Unit.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Draft, manage, and follow up on correspondence on behalf of leadership as appropriate
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, analyses, and executive briefings
  • Monitor and ensure follow-up on action items and strategic initiatives
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring effective prioritization
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics, visa support and submit travel expenses

Business Coordination & Critical Deliverables

Support preparation and coordination of key business and leadership processes.

  • Support preparation, content consolidation, and logistics for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Quarterly Staff Update Europe (QSU), and related leadership forums
  • Coordinate content development for participation in Automotive Leadership Team (ALT) reviews
  • Support development of regional and global internal communications
  • Coordinate and support regional leadership meetings (e.g., RES), ensuring structured agenda planning, facilitation support, documentation, and follow-up

Regional & Internal Communications Support

  • Support implementation of regional communication strategies and plans
  • Enhance visibility of regional Automotive business within the broader Bose community
  • Contribute to the development of executive-level communication materials
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism in leadership presentations and messaging

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of professional experience in executive assistance, sales administration, or office management
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership in an international business environment
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professional judgment, combined with intercultural competence, resilience, and adaptability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
