Job Description

Sales Administration Manager – Be Part of a Winning Team

Are you a proactive leader with a strong background in sales administration and operational excellence? Adriana’s Insurance, the nation’s leading bilingual insurance brokerage, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administration Manager to oversee the sales operations team and optimize our processes for maximum efficiency. Your expertise will help enhance our customer experience while supporting our ambitious growth objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the sales administration team to ensure seamless operations across various departments
  • Implement and refine sales processes and procedures to enhance performance
  • Track sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Work collaboratively with management and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales administrative team
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies

Schedule: Monday-Friday + every other Saturday

Pay: Starting at $70,000 yearly + bonuses

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, or operations management
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
