Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Administration Officer who will have direct contact with different stakeholders of the different markets and ensure that the processes are run with excellence and adequate support.
In this position you will execute the end-of-the-end process for spare part orders and queries from customers, by delivering a high level of customer service experience. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives, making a tangible impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
The position is based in Panama City, Panama.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Sales Administrator Officer you will:
- Execute the end-to-end process for parts orders, return orders, and quotations, including tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems;
- Execute Pro-active follow-up of remaining orders;
- Participate in defining, developing, and deploying visual management including the right metrics for parts administration;
- Responsible to coordinate with market area when there is an issue with the agreed delivery schedule;
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to parts administration.
We believe you have
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
- Intermediate English and fluent in Spanish;
- Customer service oriented and experience in continuous improvement projects is desirable;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus;
- Highly motivated, positive, and approachable team player with strong analytical skills and a fast-learning mindset.
