Sales And Catering Coordinator | Sheraton DFW Airport | Irving, TX

What You'll Do:

You will serve as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams, helping deliver exceptional guest experiences from the initial inquiry through the successful completion of each event.

Here are some tasks you can expect to complete on a daily basis:

• Generate, track, and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and statistical analysis to support the sales team.
• Coordinate group bookings and event details to ensure successful planning and execution.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and hotel operations departments to communicate event and group requirements.
• Meet with clients to review event details, timelines, and logistical needs.
• Conduct tours of guest rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet facilities for prospective clients.
• Assist with event planning tasks including documentation, room blocks, and operational coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of group and event details and ensure all departments are properly informed.
• Support the sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and administrative coordination.
• Help ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly.

Where You've Been:

You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, event coordination, or a related customer service role. Experience in a hotel, event venue, or sales support role is preferred but not required.

You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
