This position is in our Las Vegas office - Full time.The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assists in both Marketing advertisement and Sales Broker functions as well as ensure an organized and productive environment for the Sales and Marketing Department.GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Advertisement: a. Distributes appropriate advertisements to local newspaper publications and Chamber events. 2. Direct Mail: a. Inputs information and make changes on current templates for flyers and advertisements. Edits must be approved by Marketing Manager. b. Maintains timeframes on deadlines for advertisements regarding events. 3. Proofreading Marketing Materials:a. Assists the Marketing Manager with the creation and proofreading of brochures, flyers, member letters and all pre- and post-enrollment materials. Additionally, any other information for member distribution (for new, current and/or retention efforts).4. Commission: a. Calculates and tracks monthly legacy lives payments to all FMO Agencies and Agentsb. Coordinates information with Finance Department and distributes commission to FMO Agencies and Agents. c. Calculates and tracks monthly commission and chargebacks to all FMO Agencies. d. Prepares the monthly commission reports/Attestations for the VP of Sales to review and approve.e. Coordinates information with Finance Department and distributes the commission reports to each FMO Agency on a monthly basis.f. Communicates with FMO’s for day-to-day operations regarding any discrepancies with commission.

Pay Range: $49,486.00 - $74,228.00Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
