Overview
Job Description
- Help maintain consistent use of the Holy Angels brand across all projects and programs, including logos, PMS colors, fonts, and messaging
- Performs sales and marketing outreach in the community
- Sales/marketing/referrals for products and service provide by Holy Angels, through Residential Services, Angel Works, Culinary, Howdy’s Ice Cream, and the Academy.
- Makes sales calls throughout Shreveprot, Bossier, and outlying communites
- Assist the Development Team with planning and executing fundraising and awareness-building events throughout the year, including sponsor and vendor solicitation, brand management, and collaboration with the development team and volunteer committees to achieve event goal
- Support the Development Team as a point of contact for Holy Angels Champions by coordinating events, assisting with marketing and fundraising efforts, and attending related activities
- Assist with the setup and execution of annual events such as Angel Run, TASTE, Most Influential Woman, and other fundraising initiatives, as well as community pop-up events as needed. This role includes occasional nights and weekends
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Development on special projects, following established design templates and guidelines
- Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and professionalism while reflecting Holy Angels’ mission, values, and policies in all work activities
- Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites. Knowledge of office procedures and policies
- Knowledge of grammar and spelling
- Candidate should be self-started and motivated by working in Non-Profit sector
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Development
- Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelors in Marketing, Graphic Arts or related field required
- Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3’s of the time
