Job Description
Independently family-owned company founded in 1990. We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds the expectations of a traditional garage. The Sales & Service Specialist is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. You'll be provided with the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest-growing companies in metro Detroit.What you'll do:
- Build customer relationships
- Assess customers' needs & Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in directing the workflow in the service department
- Meet and exceed defined sales goals and objectives
- Learn all aspects of store operations and effectively interact with our Customer's.
- Sharing of ideas to improve process and customer experience
Qualifications
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Valid driver’s license
