Murdock Hyundai of Lindon is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and wants an opportunity to grow within the automotive industry.

The Sales Assistant supports the sales staff in daily operations and helps streamline tasks so sales consultants can focus primarily on customer engagement and vehicle sales. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and customer-focused sales environment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Data entry and document processing
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assisting the sales team with daily support tasks
• CRM management and customer information maintenance
• Moving and organizing vehicles on the lot
• Demonstrating and explaining vehicle features and technology
• Performing general office and administrative duties
• Coordinating with other dealership departments
• Customer follow-up via phone, text, and email
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries and presentation preparation
• Maintaining showroom and lot appearance
• Supporting appointment scheduling and guest reception

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and technology skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position
• Minimum of 20 hours per week
• Opportunity for growth and advancement
• Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour DOE
