ABOUT THE ROLE:
Nephila is seeking a Sales Assistant | Partner Capital to support the Investor Relations Team (known as the Partner Capital Team). This is an entry-level role designed for a highly motivated candidate interested in institutional sales, investor relations, and alternative investments.
The role provides hands-on exposure to capital raising and investor engagement, with responsibilities spanning lead generation, research, CRM management, and sales support. This position offers a strong foundation for career development within asset management.
In this role, you will:
- Research and identify prospective institutional investors and consultants
- Support outreach initiatives, including email communications and coordination of meetings
- Support the Partner Capital Team during client meetings, keeping track of action items, taking notes, and scheduling follow-ups
- Assist in monitoring market trends, investor activity, and competitive landscape
- Provide general support to the Partner Capital Team on fundraising initiatives and assist in ad hoc projects where needed
- Work closely with internal teams to support the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for investor meetings
ABOUT YOU:
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented;

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM (QUALIFICATIONS):
- You have a Bachelor's degree
- Strong interest in financial markets, asset management, or alternative investments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Preferred: Internship or prior experience in financial services, consulting, sales support, or research; familiarity with CRM systems
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $30-$33 per hour, non-exempt (overtime eligible)
