This customer-centric position will assist with selling car audio, marine audio, window tinting, remote starters, vehicle security systems and more. The qualified candidate will work the showroom and front counter to generate product and installation sales, answer incoming calls, and work directly with owner and management on special projects. Sales Associate Qualifications/Skills:Excellent written and verbal communicationProficient in computers and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 365/Quickbooks (general)Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for multiple hours in a shift (they do have stools behind the counter)Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilityAbility to speak a second language a plusAble to read and understand vehicle schematicsAble to obtain an MECP (Mobile Electronics Certified Professional) Certificate in the first 365 daysResponsibilities:Customer service & salesAnswer phone calls using the specified method. Greet all walk-in clientele within 3-5 seconds of entering the storeGather clientele information and work up estimate pertaining to their needs, wants, and budget for all potential projectsDemonstrate knowledge by recommending products and packages tailored to client s requirementsResearch products for client projects and bring new potential products to sales, management, and ownership for reviewWork events on and offsite after normal business hoursAbility to do outside sales and client engagementProduct Knowledge and training:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, and industry trendsParticipate in vendor an/or internal training to stay informed about the latest technologies and methodsExplain technical features in a customer-friendly mannerInstruct clients on product/s when picking upInventory & Merchandising:Ensure product displays are clean, attractive, and current (dusting, cleaning windows/displays of fingerprints, and organizing literature)Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stockCollaboration with Manager/Technicians:Coordinate with the sales team and technicians to ensure proper scheduling and customer expectationsAccurately record customer installation requests and system specificationsCustomer Support & Follow-up:Address post-sale customer questions, returns or issuesFollow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat businessAdministrative Tasks:Prepare estimates and invoicesMaintain accurate records of sales and customer interactionsHelp with reporting sales trackingCharacteristics of a Successful Candidate:Not afraid to ask questions, take notes, and give feedbackResearches to learn new methods and find solutionsProblem-solverTechnically mindedConfident but humble, open to learningReliable and dependableHow to Apply:Contact: TyiaEmail: tyia@pesfargo.ComPhone: 701-293-6905Or apply onlinePreference Employment Solutions is a local employment company successfully assisting job seekers for over 30 years!
