Job Description
Growing apparel company with an active wholesale business and a sales team that moves fast is now hiring a Sales Coordinator. They work across a broad retail landscape, and the pace of the business demands someone who is organized, commercially minded, and genuinely interested in how apparel wholesale works from the inside out.
IN OFFICE MONDAY - THURSDAY AND WORK FROM HOME FRIDAY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the sales team across day-to-day account management, tracking orders, pricing, samples, and delivery status for multiple wholesale accounts simultaneously
- Prepare and maintain ATS and RTS inventory reports, surfacing stock opportunities to the sales team with context and urgency
- Coordinate across design, production, shipping, and warehouse to make sure customer requirements are met accurately and on time
- Assist with line sheets, sales presentations, and market preparation ahead of key buyer meetings
- Communicate directly with buyers and buyer assistants in a professional, responsive manner, following up proactively on open issues before they become problems
- Keep customer and order data clean and current in internal systems
- Support senior account executives on existing accounts while steadily developing your own account management skills
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 3 years of experience in apparel, fashion wholesale, sales support, or account coordination
- Working knowledge of wholesale processes including purchase orders, costing, samples, ATS, RTS, and order tracking
- Strong Excel skills, with comfort in pivot tables and XLOOKUP a meaningful pluS
- Experience with A2000 or a comparable apparel ERP system
- Familiarity with off-price or mass-market retail accounts such as TJX, Burlington, Ross, Walmart, or Costco
