The Role

As a Sales Assistant you will support the sales team and front of house operationalfunctions. Front of house functions include, but are not limited to,greeting customers,maintaining salesfloor standards,answeringphones,andassisting sales team with client interactions.Yourroleistosupportthe goal of providing a best-in-class customer service experience. Assist with PR requests, consignment and stylist’s pulls
Assist with client services i.e. quality guaranteed, order status, alterations, messenger

Experience/Capabilities

Previous experience in retail sales and/or customer service preferred
Ability to lift at least 30lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, crawl, reach, and bend
Availability to work per the needs of the business

Availability Requirements

The Sales Assistant role is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week.
