ABOUT THE POSITION

The Sales Associate delivers a warm, elevated in-store experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. This role is responsible for personalized service, product knowledge, and maintaining Vulpine’s refined retail environment.

Store Hours:• 7 days 10a to 6p or 7pm• Sunday 11a to 3p• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism• Provide styling guidance and product recommendations• Maintain deep knowledge of apparel, beauty, and lifestyle offerings• Drive sales through relationship building and service excellence• Process transactions accurately• Maintain visual merchandising standards• Restock and support inventory management• Assist with in-store events and promotions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous retail experience preferred• Strong interpersonal communication skills• Passion for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands• Customer focused mindset• Ability to stand for extended periods
