This is not a customer service role and not a passive front desk job.

At Anytime Fitness, our Sales Associates are responsible for driving membership sales, booking fitness consultations, and contributing directly to the success of the gym. We are locally owned and operated and operate with clear standards built on integrity, accountability, and teamwork.

If you are uncomfortable with sales, performance goals, or accountability, this role will not be a fit.

This position is designed for individuals who want a career path, not just a paycheck.

Key Responsibilities

Sell gym memberships confidently and consistently
Generate leads through in-club conversations, calls, texts, and follow-ups
Book and schedule fitness consultations for personal trainers
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets
Deliver excellent member experience while driving results
Follow systems, processes, and coaching from leadership
Support team culture and contribute to gym performance
