Hand and Stone is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our team. Under new ownership, our spa is on track to go from a bottom 20% spa to a top 5% spa in all of Hand & Stone. Job Duties
- Sell memberships & gift cards
- Create a pampering experience for our customers
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Team player
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
- Desire to be in a sales position
- Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
- Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
