Sales Associate

Join Audi Rocklin as a Sales Associate where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success in the automotive industry. 

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide detailed product information and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Audi vehicles.
• Negotiate sales transactions and complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, incentives, and financing options.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

• At least One (1) year of Previous experience in automotive sales or a related sales role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and customer trust.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
