Sales Associate (Lead Generator FT or PT)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income.Compensation: $20 Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time/ Plus Spiff for Sold LeadsFuel: Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehousesBenefits: Full time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w/ match per company requirements and contributions.This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door positionJob duties will include:Speaking to potential customers/ homeownersGaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisorsMaintain a high level of professionalism & customer supportWork independently including weekendsTraining will be providedJob Requirements:Professionalism in the warehouseClean professionalMust be High School Graduate & have reliable transportation.Must be willing to travel locally to 3-4 stores: Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey CountyMust be able to stand 20-30 hours a week.Friendly and approachableAble to speak clearly and professionallyStrong ability to generate sales
