The auto sales industry is coming off another strong year! Sales are up all over the country, and Cavalier Mazda is no exception! Due to this increase in sales, we are currently looking for career-minded individuals interested in joining our team as a Sales Representative. We are looking for MULTIPLE qualified candidates to interview for a full-time career as a Sales Associate!

About the Role:

As a Sales Representative at Cavalier Mazda, you'll play a key role in maintaining our growth and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle, demonstrating the features and benefits of our inventory, and closing sales. Your success in this role will be supported by our comprehensive training programs and a dynamic, supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Individuals with backgrounds in customer service, account executive roles, financial services, mortgage, military, and restaurant industries have shown great success in transitioning to auto sales.
Education: A high school degree (or equivalent) is required.
License: A valid driver’s license is a must.
Attributes: We seek high-energy, positive, and outgoing individuals with strong verbal communication skills. If you are passionate, driven, and enjoy working with people, you will thrive as a Sales Consultant with us.
Eligibility: Applicants must be over 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Experience: Previous automotive sales experience is NOT REQUIRED. Professional sales training will be provided to all new hires!
