Job Description

Gold Standard Cleaners is a growing commercial cleaning company in southern New Hampshire serving apartment communities, offices and medical practices. We're hiring an experienced B2B sales professional to help us grow across the region.

Where: Based in Merrimack, NH (Londonderry, Manchester or Nashua also acceptable), with local travel in southern NHSchedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shiftPay: $50,000–$60,000 base + commission (expected $75,000–$90,000 total in year one)

What you'll do

Generate new business through outreach, networking and local relationships
Schedule and run walkthroughs for apartment communities, offices, medical facilities and more
Build accurate scopes of work and service recommendations
Create and present quotes and proposals, then close new service agreements
Hand new clients off to operations for a strong start
Track activity and pipeline in our CRM

What we're looking for

2–3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience
Commercial cleaning or facilities experience is a plus, not a requirement
Proven lead generation and pipeline management
Strong communication, follow-up and relationship-building skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

Pay and benefits

$50,000–$60,000 base salary + commission
Expected total pay of $75,000–$90,000 in year one
Paid every two weeks; commission paid monthly
10 days paid time off plus major holidays
Mileage reimbursement or car allowance
Growth path to Senior Sales / Account Executive
