About the Role:

Meineke - 3002 in Houston, TX is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with automotive service inquiries
Present and recommend automotive repair and maintenance services to customers
Prepare and review service estimates, invoices, and work orders
Upsell additional services and products to meet customer needs and drive revenue
Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and explain basic automotive services and repairs
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Positive, team-player attitude with a strong work ethic
