Here’s more of what the position entails:

Business & Sales Execution
- Lead all sales-related activities including phone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care outreach
- Conduct Orangetheory studio tours for prospective members and program participants
- Accurately process cash and credit card transaction
- Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients using established OTF sales systems
- Respond promptly and professionally to member requests, questions, and concerns
- Establish and support effective referral and outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely records in all OTF sales and CRM systems
- Execute the Orangetheory Sales Process with consistency and integrity
Studio Performance & Member Experience
- Greet every member and guest promptly, enthusiastically, and with a positive attitude
- Create a welcoming, organized, and professional front-desk environment
- Accurately complete daily studio cleaning and operational checklists
- Properly onboard new members using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
- Support retention efforts through exceptional service and proactive follow-up
- Work closely with the Coaching Team to ensure a seamless member experience
- Model Orangetheory standards in professionalism, appearance, energy, and behavior

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
