Working at our front desk includes answering phones, hosting first-time guests and interacting with members
Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
Following up with prospective members
Participating in marketing and outreach events
Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Every day will be different but, you’ll be representing the Orangetheory brand as you share the science of this workout you want everyone to love as much as you do.If you’ve been to even one Orangetheory class, you felt the warmth, the enthusiasm, the genuine sense of being where you need to be — feelings you’ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere but here.Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orangetheory studio locations and more details can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
